    It’s true, you do lose the taste for sugar and salt. I do the 16 to 20 hours fasting everyday for a year now. I took a sip of soda because it was my favorite when I did drink it and I had to spit it out, I was shocked because I could taste the sugar it was intolerable, same thing with salt I stopped adding it to my stir fry and roasted vegetables, and now I don’t miss it. Now I am working on the oil, when I do use its only avocado and unheated olive oil. Will continue to work on it it takes time but can be done. Can’t wait to read his book. Hope someday to visit his center.
