Can Vtubers Show Their Faces?

If you do not know what vtubers are, I do give a slight explanation in the video for those who are uneducated about the topic but really for most of us who are not hired by corporate its just an avatar we use to present ourselves during livestreams. This video is just for those who may have some reading comprehension issues and on the internet reading between people arguing on twitter could leave you completely confused about what is the real 'issue' at hand here, and why some people seem to have such a problem with it where as other people like myself just are happy to be here, happy to be vtubing, and do not wish to take it that seriously- however full respect for all those who do! same here!! I do not mind at all the vtubers who wish to not do things like post selfies but I can't help it, yeah not everyday do I want to post IRL content but sometimes it just feels right!
