i am Filipino, and Cuba and the Philippines share so many similarities in terms of history, and US Imperialist oppression, the difference... we didnt have a Che Guevarra to help us out. His example, his greatness, is once in a so many lifetimes, Cuba is very lucky.
l don’t think they share too much in common tbh but yes US imperialism was all over the world. Vietnam, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, many places in Africa and Asia also suffered military coups formed by the US

He was so brave , he sacrificed his young life just for helping unprivileged people that he didn’t know them he was an educated medical Dr , could have very comfortable life him and his family as well but he was just wanted to help others , he lost his young life because of that idea , he will not be forgotten ever as a hero .
