    I had to look this word up to make sure it was the right one and this is what I found: Indomitable means strong, brave, and impossible to defeat or frighten.
    Spot on! Since you came into this world you have displayed this quality mixed with sweet compassion, kindness and gentleness. You have never allowed the trials to harden you, just to strengthen you.

    Girl, you nailed it! My exact thoughts and how it feels. Enhance the simple things in life for sure! I try to get outside and go for a walk. Get that fresh air!! Even if you feel awful, maybe just sit outside helps too! What also helps is to stretch your body. It helps wake your body up and helps with blood flow.
    Try not to dwell in your past or compare yourself to other's lives. My tip is to find time in the day to spend with God. Especially when you are caught up in your thoughts or a bad episode. Helps put what your are going through straight in your mind:)

    I know you probably don't know but another thing you do each day is that you share yourself each day with us..and that helps us for sure 😊...I know that sometimes you can be hard on yourself and beat yourself up..
    But you are Definitely Not lazy and I know its not something you chose was to get sick. Hopefully you will get better soon..you are a Very unique,Special and talented woman..your music and voice is Awesome 😊...Girl know you will make it through most of this with time..just know even at the hardest times you are Still more Awesome than most in your position. And oh as a Gutiar and singing is good for your spirt and as a Farrier and natural horse trainer I know that the best things sometimes is what we get from the horse's I always say the best thing for the inside of us we get from the outside and heart of a horse 🐎. .they don't judge and once you gain their trust then we are the lucky one 😊 I will stop blabbering and hang in their. ..😊

    What may seem at times....become harder, but if i know whats hard also become easy over the same amount of instance. these last couple of days been awesome very rewarding little less stressful and watching you is a big help. i have a disable and certainly live alone been talking care of myself since the age 12.. your self esteem and self- awareness is off the charts...i wish great goodies of healing love warm hearts by your side always....up not down.

    When I'm at home I'm basically sitting at my desk working on the computer the whole time. I keep my brain distracted by constantly playing videos on a second monitor. Seems to help the time pass faster as I'm working.

    This was an excellent idea. Happy to hear your on the upward end of your crash!! These tips are so invaluable to someone who may be going thru the same or similiar situation. You are an inspiration for everyone!!! Number 9 is probably my favorite....making mundane things feel special. I do like things to feel special because whatever it may be just adds an extra layer of excitement. I have one hobby that I absolutely look forward to (every)weekend(s) that I love to do. It would be mundane to others but its special to me because I love doing it. I have gained so much respect and admiration for you these last few months!. Whether you believe or not, your are one tough girly!! I am truely blessed to know you!! JoeG.

    Hi. I may have an idea as to why you feel the treatment is not working, and if I am right, it is proof that it is. You mentioned previously tossing and turning at night. I think this is because the sleep you get during the day is now more than your body needs when combined with sleep at night, so you don’t need as much sleep at night. Some of the tiredness you feel during the day could now be a routine developed over the last 3 years. Your body has developed the habit. If I am right, then the program you are on is 100% working, and it is time to change the habit. When you feel tired during the day, try resting only in the chair. Save the bed (PJs and pillow spray) only for nighttime. Also, your body may need more fuel as your energy level increases, so maybe increase the volume of each meal a bit. Food for thought (excuse the pun).😁😆 Really excellent idea for a video. A lot of people don't think about the mental side of LC. You're pretty smart for 21. A lot smarter than most I've met.😀👏👏I thought when you said treat, you were going to pull out cake or ice cream.🎂🍧🤣🤣 I know exactly how you feel (the lazy part). When I was working (after getting LC), sometimes I would have to cancel the rest of my day, and occasionally clients would get pissed, calling me lazy. Some even told me LC was a crock. Occasionally, I would feel like maybe I was being a little lazy. And this is from a person with a medical background. Even if others don't, you know what's real. Don't worry about what others think. To paraphrase a poem, "Worry about the things you can control, don't about the things you can't, and have the wisdom to be able to tell the difference." Are you really only 21?😁

      That’s a solid theory, but I rarely toss and turn at night and I hate napping so I only do it when i really have to. Like ‘eyes are heavy I’ll fall asleep sitting on the couch’ tired lol. The naps could be a habit now, but I’m not sure because on good days I don’t nap and when I do it’s rarely at the same time of day. I’m still eating 6x a day! Lots of work lol. Thank you I really appreciate your kind words. I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with people invalidating your situation. That really sucks, I hope you have a supportive circle now. If not, u have this community on here that gets it.

    Noticeable improvement, you look better. Try not to say "chronic." Let the mind work and do its job. It is a stage and your condition will change for the better and for complete recovery by the power of God. Committing to praying to God alone and maintaining a strong relationship with God gives unparalleled comfort. I understand what you mean, we will try, but you will still be skilled at it

    Noticed you didn't list guitar as one of your hobbies or interests. You are quite good already it seems, but is improvement not interesting or fun to you? I know my guitar helps me a lot in tough times or boring times and learning a new piece or a bit of music theory can be very enriching. Peace
