So, I THOUGHT I have a pairing problem, because I had the blinking lights. BUT after I tried all those video hacks with the reset and even contacted SAMSUNG support, turns out, that one of my buttons (Rakuten TV shortcut) was somehow STUCK and it just kept pushing down the whole time - which led to the flashing red light. So also make if all your buttons are in a proper position and not somehow stuck. Nearly lost my mind and then it's that simple lol
Since you make a tutorial video you should explain what are you doing in talking, but I followed what you did, by pressing both buttons until the blinking stopped, you reset the remote control. Thanks a lot you safe me some money
How'd you get your Samsung remote to work? That's nobody's business but the Turks (Actually worked great so thanks! Just had to get close to the television. Weird how it just randomly happens but at least it's easy to fix.)
Merhaba hocam. Samsung Q60R sahibiyim. Kumandada herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Netflix’e girdikten sonra televizyona geçiş yaptım. Fakat ses açma kapama tuşuna bastığımda 1 seviye yükseltip azaltıyor. Başka türlü ses kısılıp açılmıyor. Çözümü nedir acaba?

I had the same problem and after getting frustrated trying different approaches what work for me was holding the power button while tv on, hold it tv will go off keep holding and eventually after a few seconds it will come on again and all the functions worked again on the remote. Hope it works for you as well.
I tried other methods with no luck. Watching your video holding both the back button and pause button until the flashing red light went to blinking less was the KEY to working on my remote. I did not face it toward the TV but held it vertically, I saw my TV respond indicating it was searching for the remote devise. YEAH!!! Thank you. I felt the rest of your video was a bit confusing though.
M'y Samsung smart TV UA32F4500 menu service option greyed out : "Type", "Local Set", "SW Model" and "BOM Model" are all greyed out. How to fix this problem ? Which remote control can allow me to access the extended menu service of smart samsung TV?
I’m never buying another Samsung product again. I got my mother a tv and it came with the solar remote. Hope I atleast got the energy it took to build that solar panel out of this trash

I figured it out...went into the TV options...there is an option to rest the remote there. It worked.
