I love using the Color Wow Dream Coat spray for frizz control from humidity. My hair stays looking smooth and fresh longer. Allana, I think you should give it a try especially since it's fairly simple to use, just make sure to ONLY add the Color Wow product when drying your hair. Once dry, use whatever else you want. I love that it lasts for a few washes and doesn't weigh my hair down, it's like water. I can especially tell a difference after a second wash. I've only ever used the extra strength version, but I've heard there's not a huge difference between that and the original. I have very long fine hair and lots of it.
