OMGosh!! I REALLY enjoyed this AND I learned a lot! this deserves a lot more views! (and I haven't been a PBS fan since I watched Underdog in the early 1970s. lol!)
I would love to see your channel grow. You have a great platform and obviously have the ability to convey you’re point in a fun/factual way. Cooks and service workers should love this.
Well done. As a leather tanner and mead brewer, where the proper use of tannins determines the product quality outcome. I can confidently say tannins in todays age is completely underrated and underappreciated. I know there is much more knowledge we are yet to unlock about tannins and the role they play with all elements in this world. Thank you very much
I appreciate the inside joke. lol To be nerdy, yes, tannins affect mouth feel. If you drink a wine the dry, puckering on your cheeks and lips is tannins.

"mmm... it's 11am."

But does it affect the...mouthfeel? (oh sorry, that’s a different video)
Thank god someone's talking about the mouthfeel!

Timothy Jones that’s an important question on Serving Up Science!
usually I heard about tannin when talking about tea, not wine, so this is new to me
Getting sauced at 11am... You're the next Julia Child, girl!
Also blocks high iron in the blood
Nice content ...
Thank you
*sip* "Ahhh. It's 11 am" 😆
It is good show but less 'jokes' would make it better
