That's why when Atreus met Aatrox again, Aatrox showed his disrespect toward Atreus when he just recognised the weapons of who he defeated. This is new seeing Aatrox so friendly, hes normally one of if not the angriest character in League. The softness he has with the Captain is both heartwarming and tear-jerking

Xolaani is so interesting of a villain, a great healer who did so much good yet witnessed so much atrocities her good intentions melded into her distrust of mortal nature and wanting to "help" by controlling all living beings so that they may be rid of their primal evils.
It only gets worse once you realize his "defeat" would almost certainly mean going back into the strangling confines of his blade. Again. For centuries, or perhaps even millenia. Until someone was foolish enough to wield him again.

This is the first time that in his life as a Darkin that Aatrox showed kindness because he showed kindness to other Darkins. Aatrox genuinely cared for the well being of his fellow Darkins, like in 1:09 when Aatrox knew that Joraal was scared and confused on what he has become, and Aatrox being the first Darkin that escape his cage within his prison knows what that feels and tried to calm Joraal down. This shows that to the very least that there's still good in him and that the Aatrox that the people knew and loved as a Hero is still in there somewhere, contrast to his quote "I have no goodness left, it was taken from me, stolen!" 3:42 He seems concerned, curious and sad on what became of the Blessed Isles. Maybe when Aatrox was an Ascended he loves visiting the Blessed Isles and its people? Because he genuinely sounded concern to it's well being and at the same time sad because the country is now in Ruin, which is contrast to the Aatrox in League where he likes to wage war and destroy everything.
Kayle feels like she's the person you meet in the beginning of a RPG that will either join the party by the end or be the worse enemy you will have that isn't even related to the big bad
Main trio don't share same goals. All other Darkins only listen to Aatrox or the corruption from Xolaani. So yeah he respects his army, but not those 2 darkins.
joraal's voice lines and interactions are fascinating and so heartbreaking at the same time. the war consumed most darkins while he lives with the tought of his general and making aatrox proud only. the voice line " i held the line, , i held it" has such emotions in it that i cannot describe with words, but everythime i hear it my heart breaks. and the aatrox knowing what he has been trough in his head in his absence, treats him like a fragile veteran that has seen enough, and deserves peace. just wanted to point out how talented the voice actors are

Shard of betrayal: The only shard Tyrus was able to obtain and pass down to Ryze after the rune wars. Shard of reverence: Used by the Targonians to forge the crown to control Asol. Shard of violence: Used by the icathians to summon the void against shurima. Shard of madness: Used by the ascended against the void, corrupted them instead and created the Darkin. Alternatively, this might be what was used by twilight to cage the darkin into weapons or in the chalicar itself.
I think the Shard of Hope was used by Viego in his effort to revive Isolde, thus at least indirectly causing the Ruination. Also, to say that Tyrus "passed down" a World Rune to Ryze is really generous to Tyrus; Ryze killed Tyrus when he realized that Tyrus and a group of fellow sorcerers were conspiring to use the Rune for their own selfish ends.

I just think the Shard of Madness is in ruins of Icathia or some part of Shurima because like the side-stories already said that the Darkin learned forbidden sorceries like Xerath and mastered primal magics. Hemomancy and morphing their flesh into armor is not the only thing they know heck they're not even at their full power because their celestial magic/essence is trapped/deleted in their weapons. The Aspect of Twilight used the Ascended essence in the Chalicar as a channel to trapped into their weapons. Basically their DNA being recognized in the weapon so it can perform a ritual sealing. Plus, Even though they're gods they still have their mortal minds that's how they become batshit witnessing horrors in the Icathian/Void War.

Kai’sai’s cards are effectively a prologue for the story that introduced Bel’Veth, with kai’sa finding the city of Bel’Veth being consumed by the void, the creature we know as Bel’Veth is ‘born’ directly beneath the city from the consumption. Hard to say if that means she is coming to LoR, it’s hard to say when things are teasers or references in this game, but it does mean that Bel’Veth was far enough along production when set 6 was made to be incorporated into the story so it is very much possible.
Imagine: Morgana's cards will depict her helping Kayle so they can kill Xolaani. Just think of how badass Morgana would look in her level-up animation as she lets her wings loose and sends her chains at Xolaani's tendrils. Would be the best level-up animation yet
Pretty sure she will come help Kayle as they have to resolve their issue. When Kayle dies she still calls for Morgana so I'm pretty sure Morgana will come to Kayle's help in a dire moment. Which I don't agree with since Kayle should be stronger but oh well, the setup is there
I doubt that Morgana would come for this. By and large she leaves the world alone, save for some wayward souls in Demacia. Lore wise she actively avoids interacting with the Celestial, probably gives Targon and Shurima a very wide berth.

The Warrior (Aspect of War Pantheon) is confirmed to be the strongest star and aspect so if Aatrox could kill him I do not doubt he could kill the aspect of Justice. Depends on how strong Xolaani was before she absorbed Mihira though.
It seems that there are many men who still do not know the timeline. The Lor plot is a kind of what if and splits into two timelines when Kayn arrives at the Wuju guild. Time line 1: Rhaast successfully absorbed Kayn, slashed Jun to death, and stole the blood letters that Xolaani was imprisoned in. End. Time line 2 (What's happening in lor): Rhaast lost to Kayn who was completely tamed (humiliating vailone) Kayn slashed his spear but couldn't kill Jun. Jun ran down to where Xolaani was about to catch before Kayn. But as soon as he touched the blood letters, Xolaani erased Jun from the earth and Xolaani made a successful comeback. Kayn is unknown after Xolaani was liberated. Aatrox was chilling somewhere on Runeterra, sensing that Xolaani was back, he immediately howled all the darkins across Runeterra back to Icathia to destroy Xolaani. Go to the fight place, 10 vs 1 . Xolaani clutch and vice versa. While fighting, Mrs. Kayle sat on the table and looked down and saw the whole group of Darkin fighting, she fell down calling her mother Mihira to come down to the compartment + call Ryze. When the group arrived, Xolaani managed to manipulate quite a few darkins, solokill Mihira and transform into Aspect Bane. Kayle turns on panic mode and asks Ryze to pull out a trump card and use it. Ryze decided to pull out 5 world runes. For now, I'm stopping here :)). Timeline canon in Lol, none of the above has happened.
I did not expect Aatrox reuniting with beings intent on destroying the world so they can finally die to be so...wholesome. The genuine care in his voice is great i love the VLs here the VA did a great job.
Kinda wish to see Kayle interact with someone from demacia or people like Pantheon but this is fine too. But that raises a question? How would she react to current day demacia because I bet she might look at it in disappointment to some degree.
Aatrox is considered the nemesis of many champs in runeterra, as he said i am not your enemy he is the enemy. My theory is when aatrox kills xolaani Aatrox will be able to tap the full power of blood magic and consume every darkin in runeterra just like xolaani then achieve the final form and destroys everything on sight. And only the world runes will be able to stop those two from destroying all life on runeterra.

We know that there was an Ixtali ascended, so i assume that so long they proved to be completely loyal to Shurima in their time as mortals, and proved as a valuable force for the empire, at one point they could become a chosen one for the Ascension.
And we know that he is old even among other Ascended, and also that Icathia was a vassal state of Shurima for quite a while before rebelling against Shurima.
Whether he was the only one that came from Icathia or the greatest one, both would explain the title of "The Blade of Icathia"
And that would imply that, yes, he fought against his nation of origin in behalf of his "adoptive" nation in Icathia's rebellion

Kai’sai’s cards are effectively a prologue for the story that introduced Bel’Veth, with kai’sa finding the city of Bel’Veth being consumed by the void, the creature we know as Bel’Veth is ‘born’ directly beneath the city from the consumption.
Hard to say if that means she is coming to LoR, it’s hard to say when things are teasers or references in this game, but it does mean that Bel’Veth was far enough along production when set 6 was made to be incorporated into the story so it is very much possible.

By and large she leaves the world alone, save for some wayward souls in Demacia.
Lore wise she actively avoids interacting with the Celestial, probably gives Targon and Shurima a very wide berth.

The Warrior (Aspect of War Pantheon) is confirmed to be the strongest star and aspect so if Aatrox could kill him I do not doubt he could kill the aspect of Justice. Depends on how strong Xolaani was before she absorbed Mihira though.

From Blade of Icathia to the Darkin Blade
One helluva glow up
It seems that there are many men who still do not know the timeline.
The Lor plot is a kind of what if and splits into two timelines when Kayn arrives at the Wuju guild.
Time line 1: Rhaast successfully absorbed Kayn, slashed Jun to death, and stole the blood letters that Xolaani was imprisoned in. End.
Time line 2 (What's happening in lor): Rhaast lost to Kayn who was completely tamed (humiliating vailone) Kayn slashed his spear but couldn't kill Jun. Jun ran down to where Xolaani was about to catch before Kayn. But as soon as he touched the blood letters, Xolaani erased Jun from the earth and Xolaani made a successful comeback. Kayn is unknown after Xolaani was liberated. Aatrox was chilling somewhere on Runeterra, sensing that Xolaani was back, he immediately howled all the darkins across Runeterra back to Icathia to destroy Xolaani. Go to the fight place, 10 vs 1 . Xolaani clutch and vice versa. While fighting, Mrs. Kayle sat on the table and looked down and saw the whole group of Darkin fighting, she fell down calling her mother Mihira to come down to the compartment + call Ryze.
When the group arrived, Xolaani managed to manipulate quite a few darkins, solokill Mihira and transform into Aspect Bane. Kayle turns on panic mode and asks Ryze to pull out a trump card and use it. Ryze decided to pull out 5 world runes. For now, I'm stopping here :)).
Timeline canon in Lol, none of the above has happened.
Since Zilean came and introduced his character. He made alternate timel8nes canon in Runeterra "everything in LoR is 100% canon"
I rewinded the video 3 times and I can now confirm and tell without doubt that Xolaani is a coward. May not be sure tho gotta rewatch a fourth time

Aatrox will be able to tap the full power of blood magic and consume every darkin in runeterra just like xolaani then achieve the final form and destroys everything on sight.
And only the world runes will be able to stop those two from destroying all life on runeterra.
