1) she's singing: "I FEEL YOU" (Ti sento) and "DO YOU LOVE ME OR NOT?" (Mi ami o no?). 2) Lyrics: she describes her love sensations. 3) Arrangements: by the great Bob Sinclair. 4) Voice: she is Antonella Ruggiero, one of the most talented and loved female singer in Italy
Thi song has been a success In Europe and over. The lyrics apparently speak about somebody/something you are feeling (not only hearing), a collection of poetic figures. The band started in the 70s, they were a very talented group of people (belonging to Genoa, an city well known for its great musicians, not only for Christopher Columbus!), from the phenomenal singer to the others. Since the 90s the band members changed, over the years some of them passed away, but the project still exist in someway, anyway the golden age of Matia Bazar production is from the era pictured here, and this is their signature song. They made a lot of great songs, especially with this virtuous singer Antonella Ruggero. In my opinion they did something good even after, with their second vocalist (Laura Valente), but 99% of people can't stand the comparison with the previous works. Antonella Ruggero never stopped her career, she's still performing in her almost 70 years and she made some good and successful songs. As I mentioned before they were great artists with a richness in styles with make them and their songs very unique, timeless tracks with vibes from the old Italian operas and so on. I don't know why many international reactors decided to pick up this particular song in the very last years, maybe because such an international boop can cause big views, but surely they are an interesting band. While everybody will come and suggest you many songs from the "Antonella era", I want suggest you 3 Matia Bazar's songs with the singer who replaced her first, Laura Valente. I love their efforts to go on, more towards the soft rock style, not that shiny as before, but the band was still graced with big members: "Dedicato a Te", "Piccoli Giganti", "Volo Anch'io", which represent a sort of trilogy from the early 90s. Just in case. If you will ever decide to make reactions on them, expect hordes of comments of disappointment LOL I left all the other classic, great, predictable and well known suggestions to other commentators. Enjoy
Antonella Ruggero was the great heavenly voice of the band Matia Bazar but also the favorite voice of Freddy Mercury (they were also friends). Great Antonella!!!
Antonella Ruggiero studied bel canto (opera) too. That's why she still has a great voice (just search for her recent lives!) Too bad the video was just a "promotional playback" not a live.
You guys always react to the same playback video, when there is a diamond in the web where the group perform live: "Ti sento" is the first song, but the whole concert is a must if you want understand the Matia Bazar mood: th-cam.com/video/QZO3Kthupt4/w-d-xo.html
In this song, "ti sento" has got a double meaning: "I hear you" and "I feel you" too. In Italian the verb is the same, even if with a different meaning.
There is an international version in English entitled "I feel you". Although the lyrics in Italian are very poetic, deep and fascinating, it's difficult to fully appreciate them far from Italy, so I suggest to the Americans who make the video-reactions to this historic song, to see the version made especially for them first. Maybe they avoid misunderstandings (I've read some really embarrassing ones in other profiles). th-cam.com/video/6LCSg_WAIQ8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=4AAawgE-v_wLdtYE
If you want to make another video about Matia Bazar, I'll leave you the link to all the major hits. Perhaps to understand some pieces of music and sounds you should listen to them more than once. th-cam.com/video/VYTFP6n3S-4/w-d-xo.html
I suggest you the original Matia Bazar video, if you are interested I attach the link to the original Matia Bazar video, th-cam.com/video/NKDHRpmG4rk/w-d-xo.html Bye, see you soon.👍
Italian pop music is a way better than anglo-american one. There are multiple examples. It's a pity, a shame, that's all reduced to english language. Dig out to italiam musicians and artist.

I wouldn't translate 'Ti sento' as 'I hear you'... 'I feel you' would be a better translation. This song is not about hearing, it's about feeling..
Google translate messed that one up 😂😂😂
@@WineyGuyReacts Translating this song is no easy job. Google Translate couldn't possibly do it. I bet you thought the lyrics made no sense 😆
