I was in the church the day of this sermon and went to bed last night with it on my mind and woke up this morning with it on my mind. When we consider what's happening in the U.S. today with how so called Christians and politicians and everyone else is looking at and judging other people's lives, it's amazing how on point this sermon is and the fact it's more than five years old now and still relevant is significant.
When science (knowledge) meets with the Spirit of God, there's a miracle! Isn't this church blessed to have Rev Dr Howard-John Wesley stand in front of them to teach them every Sunday!?
What an awesome teaching!! I am learning so much, and I believe this teaching will impact my life greatly! God bless you and yours Rev Dr. Howard-John Wesley!
True doctrine such as this has to be shared!! God, I just thank You for sending qualifying Pastor Wesley with the indomitable knowledge of Your electrifying word!!! Listening to this teaching reminds me of the expansiveness of Your word!!!!!!!! I would that we all could be immersed in it! These teachings are not strings of Gospel cliches passed down through the generations with a bunch of passivity. Rather, this teaching is like unto the true depiction of who Jesus truly was. God, I love You more and more!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy Spirit coupled with Christ and Christian study and God and Godly study. "Rightly dividing the Word of Truth," "Studying to show oneself approved by / of God." Amazing results which edify the body of Christ -- the Church. Wonderful!
