Great to have a decent alternative in powerful efficient laptop's. Some of us don't want to buy into the Apple eco system or don't really like their UI or the way they relentlessly fleece their users.
the new SnapDragon Elite X, is based on the Nuvia server chip which was the M2 chipset, considering the engineers of Nuvia were from Apple.. had Qualcomm not bought Nuvia this Elite chip wouldn't have existed,
@_@ no processor is bad, but the pricing matters. 😅 Yea i want like 1 m3 ultra (might one day be available in the market) 1 pc with 13900k + 4090D with 2tb ssd and 64gb 7200mhz ddr5 ram. But do i have money for that? 😂 No. :| i ll probably be picking 1 as long as it's budget friendly. Indian market is getting worse for import laptops. For that excessive tax. The 14 inch m3 base modle macbook pro 8gb ram for 2037$ in india with all that import tax... :) aah lava/jio should make a laptop with sdxelite a 50 watt modle with 1 fan configuration. Something like that that wouldn't hurt my pocket. Apple pricing in india 169900 rupee = 2037$ usd right now. M3 max is out of the question.
