I’ve seen so many people say that Chris Pratt is a bad actor and that ain’t true. Is he a Oscar-Emmy worthy actor? Nope…but he is a good actor. Anyone that questions his acting should watch The Terminal List, that’s his best acting performance and he was amazing. He’s good as Peter Quill too and has some good acted scenes.
I am not in the loop on who said what actor is bad actor, I have heard 1st time that Chris Patt is bad at acting he is just as bad or as good at Robert Downey Jr for me.... but if you are going to ask me, Gamora is the weakest actor in Guardian of the Galaxy.
@@siddharthsharmaBelieve Pratt is no where near the level actor as RDJ. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but my goodness 🤣 Have you seen Chaplin? US Marshalls? Sherlock? Zodiac? @@yawdaorb Yeah, I guess that person doesn’t know much about acting if she is comparing RDJ to Pratt…like I said in my comment, Pratt is not a bad actor but her comparing it to RDJ is crazy. RDJ is an Oscar winner with multiple memorable performances and Pratt will never be there.

I'm new to your channel and super loving the channel, the general vibes, your perspectives, takes, and discussions. Particularly enjoying your The Last of Us reactions and Vox Machina. Definitely sticking around. :)
I kept waiting for Adam to speak because somehow I am really intrigued as to whether Will Poulter uses his own accent which would fit in with how the Sovereign spoke. Because I don't know if I have seen a movie of his where he wasn't doing an American accent that I actually thought he was.
I love your reaction Angela! I’m nervous about this one…the trailer made me cry. I’m here for the ride, I wish we had a theater here in town. Oklahoma City is 2 hours away…I hate traveling that far to see a movie. But, I might have to with this one.
I’m not prepared to lose any of them. Nope. Love the MCU & just got my ticket for Quantumania in 3D. Can’t wait to see Jonathan Majors as Kang! What an amazing actor. As is Rudd. What a week I’ve got. Tomorrow night the Branford Marsalis(he did the soundtrack to Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom with Chadwick Boseman) quartet at the college & Quantumania on Thursday.
Every Guardians feature has gotten me to cry so far, and this trailer already has me emotional and teary-eyed. I'm not ready. And that scene with Quill screaming, I'm intrigued and haunted by it. For one, cause with this villain, I'm wondering if he's being experimented on, but moreover we've never seen Quill in that level of distress. Doing emotional screams hasn't always been PRatt's strongest suit, but they put it in both trailers and it is exceptionally effective. Hashtag worried.
What I think..... Rocket better not die! There are times when I see his furry little expressive face and it reminds me of my ferrets from the past and brings back memories of the war dance parties!
Besides Adam Warlock, the big bad is The High Evolutionary, an extremist geneticist who is obsessed with trying to create the most highly evolved beings (beings as close to him as possible of course), and the person who made Rocket what he is.
Yeah... I'm looking forward to the movie with eager anticipation, and not a little bit of existential dread. I'm not even going to try to guess. I'm going to go in as blindly as I can, and enjoy whatever surprises this'll have to offer. I enjoyed your enjoyment of the trailer. When the movie comes out, I'll enjoy your enjoyment of that, too! (I also did not watch the Splendid Bowl this year. Nor... any years. Never been a fan. My brother played football when we were kids. That was quite enough for me. Even now... 50 years later!) I hope you have a great week!
Think we are going to get a taste of the direction everything is going at the end of this week with Quantumania which you get the feeling not everyone is going to come out of it ok...be interesting to see how they might start to tie things together with this being the beginning of phase 5
I'm glad that they're acknowledging that Gamora isn't just back the way she was. And that her "asshole" vibe may be anger at Quill not understanding/accepting that she's different from the version he loved.
@@30noiroriginally he was meant to be part of it I think. That’s why they did that tease of him at the end of guardians 2. Not sure what happened but hey atleast he’s comin in now
drax probably since is the final movie with Batista and as for Rocket well'l see maybe another one because marvel wants us to think that way and in the reality it's another
"Adam Warlock" fighting "Drax." EPIC cannon. I call those the "Shroom" issues. WILD graphics and mind bending plots. Does "Adam" have the "Soul Stone?"
The guy in the purple is the High Evolutionary. In the comics, he evolved all kinds of creatures. James Gunn is a master of misdirection and we basically have no idea how this movie will end 🙃I'm going to guess that Quill, Mantis and Warlock survive for sure. Everyone else? I have no idea. Chris Pratt has said he wants to stay in the MCU as long as Feige wants him, so let's see if he's a man of his word. Gunn also needs to write a second Guardians X-mas story because Rocket promised us. 😬
Drax dies in the 90's Infinity Gauntlet comics. Thanos' daughter is Moondragon and Drax was her guardian. Highly recommend to read the Infinity Gauntlet graphic novel and it's sequel. I still have the original issues. Not a spoiler, just different storyline
I think it was definitely a good idea to make the High Evolutionary the person responsible for the creation of Rocket Racoon and the other intelligent anthropomorphic creatures given his comic book exploits. As to who will die and who Peter Quill is crying for? My money is on Cosmo...
I think Gamora will go. It would be the biggest tragedy, and I agree with your point exactly. Chris Pratt shows lots of emotion in his roles when he needs too, and I think his acting chops are trustworthy. That said, his cry seemed like a lost love sort of cry and not a lost comrade cry. This would be heartbreaking because Gamora is my favorite character.
Adam Warlock: Yes! I'm here! Where's the infinity gauntlet? RR: oh no that's over, we're doing my character arc now AW: what? But in the comics- RR: literally none of us are the original guardians from the comics, get with the program! Swear to God if they have a similar conversation I will die laughing, especially since Warlock was supposed to defeat thanos & give 2 stones to gamora & drax
I don't want this but I think that we're going to lose at least 3 or 4 of the Guardians. Karen Gillan said in an interview that when she got the script and read through it that she cried for several hours. I believe that we're going to lose Rocket, Drax, Nebula and Kraglin at least (again I don't personally want this but it's what I feel is going to happen). Either way, I'm definitely looking forward to it!!! Great reaction as always!!! Many blessings to you and yours (long live the GOTG!!!!!!).
The last of the previous phase of the MCU. I will watch this one for sure. Yes I know there are single character that have carried on into the next phase, but it won't be the same Guardians after Drax and Rocket exit, in the same way the Avengers won't be the same without Cap, Tony and Natasha.
Drax is definitely dying because Dave Bautista has already said this is his last hurrah with the MCU. I think Rocket survives along with Mantis, Quill and Groot, not sure about Nebula or Gamorah
I think we will lose some Guardians but story wise I think it's important to let characters go and James Gunn handles death very well so I think this will be no different. That being said I hope we don't loose everyone. The MCU needs more cosmic heroes. Namely Variant Gamora for the future story possibilities she creates, Mantis because she just got amazing character development, Cosmo because they just became a thing and I love them, and Rocket because this movie is clearly finishing his arc and I would put him in the best position to lead the next generation cosmic team.
@@Burstify I said "it's important to let characters go," so no character should be unkillable in a story because of their popularity. Boomer and Rick both died setting the tone for the scene and elevating the story in some meaningful way. Boomer died on the beach because someone we cared about had to die to show that the people we will care about for the rest of the movie COULD die. Suicide Squad means a boss that has no care for your life in a mission that is nearly impossible to do without casualty. Rick Flag died because of Peace Maker putting obedience to authority over independent morality. Kind of a big message for the film. This message was done again with another important death in the film, Milton (who you didn't mention, hmm.) He was an anonymous normal person who Polka-Dot Man mourned, hitting home that the lives of every day normal people should matter just as much as the lives of people with power. Mirroring how the Suicide Squad's lives are treated as expendable by Amanda Waller. What I meant was, when James Gunn is going to have a character die there is a meaningful reason to it. He is a very detail oriented filmmaker and (as far as I've seen) has characters die in a way that suits the story. He actually (intentionally or unintentionally) satirized this philosophy by making the most popular character in the movie, Harley Quinn, unkillable in the beach scene. She was unkillable because the antagonist that kept her alive was an audience insert Harley Quinn stan. She didn't die in the movie for the exact reason I said a writer should not have, she was too popular, but in universe. It's clever.
Agreed, I'm looking forward to this movie but James Gunn made me lose my emotions over frickin Yondu, so not ready for what I expect him to do w/ this one.

Like Robert Downey Jr. he wasn’t the iconic pick, but he was the most impactful. Chris Pratt was essential in the role.
