Forts is a physics-based RTS where foes design and build custom bases, arm them to the teeth and blast their opponent's creations to rubble.
Build an armoured fort in real-time and arm it to the teeth. Collect resources, develop your tech-tree, unlock advanced weapons to target your opponent's weak points, and feel the satisfaction as their fort comes crashing down.

The indefinite turtle playstyle. Most attacks focus on forcing someone into that situation with highly suppressive weapon - after all, they only have to mess up defending once.

Not gunna lie, on the second match I'm not sure why they kept going for the nuke. imo top going for full plasma and bottom just doing teleporting EMP's to counter the commander attacks and armoring up would've probably been a good adaptation.
This is just an heavily opinionized observation from someone who just watches the game, so I do apologize if I'm not understanding the situation correctly.

at first i wasn't sure who i was rooting for. but then 42scientist said "ez" at the end of the second match. now i want bobereto and matteo to destroy his unsportsmanlike punk face.
Edit. Ive been informed they are all good friends and the "ez" was just a inside joke. I retract my misplaced gamer rage.

I noticed something odd at 21:42 It seems fire-beam doesn't actually protect the nuke against enemy fire.
Edit: Never-mind, the commentator addresses it right after
that's the reason why Matteo initially went with 2 firebeams. 2 firebeams comepletely burn the minigun bullets. if he still had 2 firebeams, that warhead might have landed
11:40 and now its meta in ranked 1v1
its also interesting to see how much 2v2 pro gameplay has changed, the last iteration of Salzwerk 2v2 series a couple weeks ago was on an entirely different level

I would give the win to boberto and matteo, they both did a fantastic job destroying enemies in the first match, and they still were perfectly coordinated even in the second match.
Why are never playing in the tournaments?
Incursus kept winning 1 vs 4 against the so called 'best'.
@@Ushio01 no, if anything it's the other way around, he's a good player, but his skills are more focused towards 4v4s and tanking, as that is what he mostly does in streams. Also, he's often commentating, as he is now, and therefore cannot commentate.

I doubt he will do that, Incursus has never done that with other youtubers. Only his friends. What makes a 3k sub youtuber willing to be collabbed with.

I think you should separate this forts commentary from your forts video section. Like make another.
Only cause I prefer seeing your plays than something like a starcraft 2 match.

But I mean, they did take only one or two nuke hits, wich made nearly no damage
@@130_33 that was mostly poor planning on the nuke. The first minigum rush was a flop, but the continued failure to adjust the firing location of the nukes sealed the game. If they had moved the nuke portal earlier and a bit lower it would have been a reversal. Did you notice that even with a single fire beam they still managed to land 2 of 3 nukes? Bottom left made a bad decision and didn't correct it until it was too late.
