Hi All,
Welcome to part 15 of the Warehouse Design series. In this video we will be going over electrical and data drop placement and layout. For this lesson we will only be focusing on the data and electric drops inside the warehouse. This does not include the office space. Having an understanding where you would like electrical and data drops is extremely important when focusing on facility layout and design. AutoCAD is an extremely useful tool that can help with this. Some of the common functions and commands used will be: Move, Copy and Rotate.
In the Warehouse Design series we will go over what it takes to design and make a warehouse effective and efficient.
The information in this video is not an accurate depiction of actual construction of a warehouse/building. The structural components of a warehouse are designed by a professional builder.
