I made it while I was building the 2x4 wall studs. Just took some 1x10 inch board and made the box. Put a sheet of luan plywood on the back, added the shelf and lights, spray painted it flat white. I recessed it into the wall while I was building the wall, so its up against the concrete exterior wall, sitting on top of 2x4. The glass is actually plexiglass, framed with molding, the door has hinges on the bottom, so it swings open from the ceiling down and hangs wide open, have a couple simple eye hooks that hold door shut. Did it this way so I wouldnt have to fight it while putting statues in. I have to move the furniture in front of it to open, bit annoying but only solution I could figure out. I only recessed it into the wall to try to save space in the room. Sadly, I don't have space to display the Warhammer figures... Lol they are stuffed into boxes an a storage room or under my bar. Not sure if or when they will get the respect they deserve... Thanks for watching :-)
