    Oh my god! Haven't had this in years! Not sure about cooking with extra virgin olive oil though? Isn't that better suited for salads? In saying that, mum uses it for everything - frying, baking, dressings, aches and pains! haha!

    Not bad,every region has its own spice mix for stifado.
