19 points, definitely a fun one. Playing so many of these series, and playing world of light a few times, looking at my spirits and going on the spirit board definitely helped.
I've grinded spirits mode for so many hundreds of hours. Not only did I unlock every spirt, I got a perfect high score by rematching every single spirit without a spirit myself. Twice. I got 32/40 and was simultaneously disappointed at how low my score was and how high my score was.
I think you should put in a few easier spirits like dark matter and mokiwi for the next quiz. Or at least start out with easier ones like that then then progressively get harder and maybe the last two are from games not represented in smash like rhythm heaven. I think thats the way to make these quizzes better for both the players and us guessing at home.

For Esam, Nihilego is Rock because it is a mirror, represented by it's pitiful Physical Defense but incredible Special Defense, similar to how a Mirror breaks easily after strong physical contact but reflects any magical moves. Also referencing it being a parasite, mirroring someone after taking them over and also looking similar to Lillie, one of the most important characters in the Alola games (and even has a similar personality), who has many connections to Ultra Beasts. And Poison type because it's a Jellyfish who inject poison. So basically it's a Poisonous Parasite Mirror Jellyfish.
1:10 Nihilego is inspired by jellyfish, with its body made of glass to contrast the soft bodies of real jellyfish (which is probably why it is a rock type with poison as a jellyfish).

I got 25 points, 7 of them being bonus points. Battling, collecting, training, and leveling all the various spirits definitely helps with a quiz like this.
