This is what I'd do. You get Coutinho and Dembele to put in more of a defensive effort when they play and you have your 1st team be: Ter Stegen, Alba, Lenglet, Pique, Semedo, Busquets and Arthur (both Center Mids), Coutinho (left mid), Dembele (right mid), Messi & Suarez. From there you can put in Rakitic, Roberto, Vidal ... but I think that's the team to have in the long-term.
