Masha Allah, but the guy that does the Takbeer behind the Imam is unnecessary and annoying to be honest. He confuses everyone because everybody can hear the imam very well, I believe he is no longer needed.
In my opinion, _at-tabligh khalfal imam_ (the person conveying after the leader) was and still is a backup in case the voice of the leader can't be heard. In case all microphones or all connections to the leader are lost, God forbid, there is still another input from the _muballigh_ as a backup. EDIT: At 11:16, the video describes the same thing.
I NEVER WOULD HAVE GUESSED THAT SUCH A SOPHISTICATED SOUND SYSTEM IS DEVOTED TO SUCH A PURPOSE.
