Neige is confirm based on Snow White because his pretty looks, smile, being disliked by Vil and he lives with The Dwarfs Clan.
Epel is based on Snow White (her old days as a maid, helpless) but the problem is that it was not told but was pointed out by the the hints it was giving us. By hints I’m saying are -
•He didn’t put any effort yet he is darn pretty-
•His style is disliked by Vil (The Evil Queen), forcing him to wear pretty clothes. In Snow White, Snow was force to wear rags by the Beauty Queen.
•He was once singing in the well. Snow did that in her old days with Florian, her friend and her love.
•In official arts, he is seen with an apple and is, I believe, was running in the forest. Which Snow did as well.
•In the Pomefiore trailer, he was about to get shot by Rook's bow (Rook is based on the hunter and the hunter was ordered to kill Snow White) and he was taking a bit in the apple.
•When he smiles, he close his eyes, which Snow dose as well.
