I only found this movie yesterday when it popped up in my suggestion box. I have to say what a beautiful emotional movie it was! Qudos to everyone that was involved in the making of this movie. Thank you for who ever subbed it so that I was able to watch and enjoy it! I loved it! It was a beautiful heartwarming story even with all the walls one had to break down to live the life they wanted to! ❤
i love the last part. I fell in love to the line.. "i never have a dream, until i met you.." this movie is great because it reflects the journey of young gays. I salute the creator of this movie.
I loved it! This movie gave me so much mixed feelings! At first I’ll be smiling then next angry or confused, then next smiling again lol. I loved the story especially A Tong’s character! A Tong is the kind of best friend we need in this world. “ I will stick by you forever” which she did and that was very heart warming for me to see her standing up for him and always taking his side. You Go A Tong! Also, I don’t see anything wrong with gay love. Honestly, I’m a Christian but I don’t see anything wrong with being gay or les. Love is pure with kindness and being gay or les is love. this movie got me in all the feels😭😭i was giggling and smiling like an idiot, i was pissed and angry af, i also cried a river.... [spoiler alert] i know that these two will always love each other and have special places in each others hearts but i am sooo happy that in the end zhengxi finally found the love of his life. that scene where xiaobu got drunk securing investments for zhengxi's business was just beautiful.

it's been a minute since i saw a bl this good. it felt REAL and i could empathize with the characters and their story and it pained me so much, i still have tears left in my eyes. [ending spoiler ahead] As much as i wouldve loved them to get together at the end, i didnt dislike how it ended. for sure it was bittersweet, but incredibly touching

Absolutely loved this movie. I was hoping Xiao would become his partner the love and tenderness was beautifully shown, true love at its finest. He had Ai as his bestie who stood by him through it all, wish everyone could have that type of friend.
After such a long time i finally have the courage to watch this again and it still touches me and gets me emotional like the first time. This serial will always be one of my favourites although it doesnt have a satisfactory happy ending coz i can relate to my own story which too didnt have a satisfactory happy ending... i just wish that there is a happy ending at least in novels...😭❤️ Edit: So the above comment was written by me 4 years ago. GREAT movie! Not every drama needs to end with the central couple getting married or even being together; it wouldn't make sense and it would also be boring! This is a poignant tale with true to life, believable characters, and it's really refreshing to have a woman (Ai Tong) who's the loyal best friend.

Xia Bu , he's been the best since he came on screen. His character is sweet , thoughtful , considerate and protective. I loved him the most.

i’ve met and still have my own xiaobou… though i don’t love him and he knows it from the start, his persistence has kept our relationship going… for three years now… i think i’m very lucky for having him… he’s dependable and seemed contented to what i can give back in return for his feelings for me… at least he has no competition and he stays with me even if his love is not quite requited…
