Idk what the point of your original comment was, but he's half Cuban half Mexican. Modern Cubans and Mexicans both take much of their ethnic makeup from their old european Spanish overlords, who themselves are of "white" descent as you would call it. So actually yes, from speculation, gazzy Garcia could be called white since the majority of his DNA most likely comes from Europe, as well as his phenotype largely resembling that of a European (maybe with a bit curlier hair)
