Been using Tortex 0.88 flows for quite a while, been my absolute go to. I burn through picks pretty fast, lots of aggressive palm muting. I know ultex is a harder material, going to try some ultex flows. Curious to see how they preform compared to the delrin tortex uses.
I tend to keep 10’s on my electrics and 12’s (EJ16) on my acoustics. Occasionally I’ll put mediums (13’s) on my big Martin dreadnaught, but the added tone isn’t worth the damage it does to my fingers when playing for multiple hours at a time.
Huuuuge help! Thanks
Green .88 is my go-to as well. I've been considering a blue chip 35.
The Eric Johnson nylon picks have a rough edge on them(injection molding flash), but the guy can play.

i've been using the same hard rock cafe picks for like 4 years LOL maybe it's time to get some new ones...
Also, I'm pretty sure the Dunlop .88s are designed to just disappear after a few plays.
I’m really liking the 1.0 blue Dunlop..
Hey, what strings size do you use??

@@alaskamusiclife1161 okay thanks man, have you ever used the medium/lights (12-56)? the bluegrass ones?
@@Imjaywms I have, I prefer less bass if I’m singing along with my guitar, but If it’s purely bluegrass instrumental then a big bottom end is nice.
Can you tell me the length of dunlop big stubby?
