How do you get in the pharmacy/ examination room, do you have to bend and go through that short door, if so the counter should be able to lift to allow you and the patients to get in.By that I mean put some hinges on that piece over the door to enable it to raise so that you can have easy access and not have to bend.

The flap above the door to my mind should be on a hinge also so that it can be lifted up for on to access walking in erect and not having to crouch….
