Biggest issue I have with any of the Ayala subdivision is that their Lot/land are way overpriced even when the houses aren't that luxurious.

Pricey talaga dahil sa subdivision eh. Mas mahal pa ang lot kesa sa mismong house.
Luxury home pero yung kitchen appliances ELBA. Lol 89M tapos wlang pool at 4 bedrooms lang. no wonder it’s been in the market for so long.
