Creating power in your forehand comes from keeping your elbow close to your body and snapping the wrist forward. There's not really a reach back in a forehand
@@justinross9660 not really true. check out Eagle and Ricky and how they throw side arm. they are reaching quite a ways back before bringing their elbow in close to the body and flinging it forward.
Lighter or less stable discs may help, but That hole specifically has some really wild winds. (He does have a really smooth and accurate forehand shot regardless, though). Really well rounded player. Our local courses are great training. Northern California / Grass Valley area!
