IIIT Hyderabad CSD 5year or BITS Hyderabad CSE, which is better option?
Both are good courses. Congratulations for being in a position to decide between two good courses. CSD has a strong research orientation and is quiet rigorous and of course takes one extra year. Campus experience in IIIT will not be great. BITS CSE is a good course with good placement opportunities. Good campus experience which leads to a well rounded personality. In either case to get top placements, student has to work well.

Good decision if you are open to working in core sector. But don't take civil if you want to ultimately get into the IT industry

What about nextwave 4 years degree course????
Nextwave course will help in developing skills and will provide placements. It is not an academic institution and does not have formal recognition. In the coming years recruitment will be based only on skills. College degree may not be important. But there is also a risk because this model is not proven yet. It is a private company. Nobody has certified it and given any affiliation. You have to factor this risk
