For a f2p Red attacker build, I really like using East Blue at 400 and New World at 600. Since I'm going for Para to get crit at below 50% HP, I might as well get 10% dmg against other reds too.
Depends, if the tag makes your character better, than tag. But if you sacrifice more than 10% support, it's not worth at all. Unless Zoan/Grand Line for Defender.
Oui just that I think the others in 3 tags are easier to max so Senor Pink is best to max for his niche rather than other tags. Niche isn't always less tags! Monet for example

The new 3* Film Red Luffy is definitely a MUST MAX too and will have 5 tags probably!
He will also be great for Boss Battle having similar traits to that of Izo.

Also the two most commonly used for red supports are snake man and albasta luffy so there's no surprise there
