What do runners do on New Years 2025 in 32F?

Runners run! On New Year's day, I ran Sailboat Bridge in around 32F, and I shared my running mentality of facing challenges while doing a Facebook live stream, which I've reposted here. In 2025, I want to see my opportunities more than my challenges.

You can see my run at: / strava . I ended up running a total of 7.53 kilometers (4.67 miles) before I ended my run. Then I walked the majority of the way back because I was part of an online meeting. I did try running for just around .51 kilometers (.31 miles), but my right knee "told" me I should stop, so I did. (I've been rusty with my running).
Overall, I had a good time, and enjoy running on Sailboat Bridge!
