On the other hand, I discovered my Step-Up summons also counted on the "Regular" Steampunk summon banner, so it turns out that you don't waste your pity on one or the other banner.
Summons went pretty well for me! I got Steampunk Bakugo 3x (two of them in the same multi), but I still need his memory

The step up is worth it if you're planning to pull either 1 or 5 multi(s).
I did 3 laps and got 1 Bakugo and 2 Deku. I also got, on lap 3 step, a (freakin') *_quadruple_* UR multi which include both memories..... didn't know that was possible.
as a not even two month old player, my summons were great. Got Deku and Bakugo(with a dupe) and a butt ton of the memories. Love the step-up
luckily I got one copy of both steampunk characters from one step up round. Also the Steam train memory and 2 general URs much better luck than normal

I saved a fair amount of gems for this, then got lucky with both characters after lap one. Are the dupes/memories worth going another lap for?

All gems came from doing Main Quest and events dint had to spend a dime on these pulls
your pulls are way better then mine 300 pity only 1 baku and 1 deku my rates are so bad
since the update, my game freezes after a few minutes on latest bluestacks 64.. any1 having the same issues and knows a fix?
the steampunk bakugo makes me wanna return to the game but i dont have enough gems to pull 😢
It is very clear that the developers are overly biased towards Bakugo. I hate this game. There are more than 10 Deku units and there are only one or two strong, but Bakugo most of the units are very strong. The funny thing is that most of the game community is satisfied with this farce. I no longer know who he is. The hero of this anime
I have two accounts and in one of my accounts I got 2 good multis. In one of them I got 3 steampunk dekus and in the other I got 3 Urs with 2 of them being new.
Last time I played this game was on Release...

In my first step up I got both characters and memories
You're not getting 1.5x rates on the regular version of the banner... literally no reason to touch the regular banner (which doesn't even have daily free summons) unless you do all 5 step-ups and then need 50 more pts for 300 for pity...
Also if it secretly is and just doesn't say it... sure didn't feel like it as my 50 summons after the step-ups was one UR mem on the 2nd multi with 4 multis of natta and jack diddly lol...
At least in my 5 step-ups I got 4 Bakugos and 1 Deku though, went 50 more to get a DX into Deku just for a bit easier CB time.
Got 4 dekus and 3 bakugous and both memories 2 times each ! It took me 8k gems tho lol so I hope they do not release another important character too quickly becasue I have nothing left. Also got a couple of off banner UR characters I didn't have (like yellow deku) but not the one I look forward the most like compress or green mirio.
Looking back I probably should have stopped when I got my first copy of the characters but I got greedy lol
i was blessed i started a new account cause i love steampunk and i did 2 full rotations and got like 4 memories and 6 characters got the kirishima memory 1 bakugo and 2 deku
now i plan on grinding and saving the rest of the currency for the Fantasy units rerun because they look fantastic

Got 5 copies of deku in like 4,000 gems. Went crazy and even got monoma and some other general pools that I didn’t have like nagant, though had to pity bakugo (can’t complain at all though). Glad you came around on the new formatting and had some luck! For me I think the step up is a ton better for banners that fully expect you to go all in for characters, and we’ll have to see how sparingly they use this going forward.
Managed to get one memory and both characters on my first full run through step up banner. Blessed for sure 😂
Hi DRC3, AgimatKo here. I think we're destined in opposite ways LOL. I got my latest Deku to UR+ in one day, but I only got Bakugo once, and never pulled him out after all my 59 recruit tickets in the general pool (Don't worry, I used all my 9.3k gem savings on the impact fest summons). But I'm glad that this is my 2nd character to reach UR+ (after celeb Momo).
I went through all 5 steps (1 round) and got DUST! I'm so heated!
As a f2p the step ups are good because i always need general baner URs characters and the discount make it slightly more possible to some day reach pitty
