I have a fan made Xenos species that evolved from dogs. They're still incredibly loyal to humanity, and are highly resistant to the forces of chaos. They act like fluffier versions of Ogryn's, and possess all the traits you'd expect from a K9 including natural weapons, keen senses, and more. They differ from Ogryn's in other ways being more intelligent and far faster, but also being weaker and less durable though still surpassing baseline humanity. Their intelligence is notably specialized being almost prodigious hunters and trackers while being utterly incapable of mathematics and writing. They are often found serving as shock troops, scouts, security details, and trackers for commissars, inquisitors, and guardsmen alike. Some especially skilled can even fight on par with space marines. One thing is that they possess incredible amounts of loyalty to their masters and only their masters and are often unconcerned with the morality of their actions heedlessly butchering foes with a smile at behest of their masters. They're also commonly seen accompanying the space wolves into battle as a more intelligent alternative to their dire wolves capable of wielding space marine weaponry such as bolters and chain swords effectively. Their physical traits and demeanor do differ wildly as many are mutts.
Fair, but also good luck exterminating the hrud. You CAN kill them but considering that just being in close proximity can actually age space marines thousands of years in a second...it's probably not even worth it unless they're on Terra or Mars frankly.
Psychic Xeno Bears for Tau ? I'm in.
And some lore says they're flat !
Minor or Major. As long as it follows with Xenos, they will feel the Emperor's Wrath.
The Ordo Hereticus approves this message
Need more coverage of these races in the main lore. Gotta have some fresh spice to prevent the lore getting stale.

Thats fkin cool dude!
The minor xeno races are way more interesting then the main ones.
Cat people in the Tau Empire would be awesome
Barghesi, Togoran Blood Reeks and the Cythor fiends are interesting.
Question: minor xeno races? Meh, isn’t it true that the Imperium just has to send R. Kelly to take of them?
Dr. Zaius
Too bad most are dead or never heard of agian.
