@@CocoSon-zj5oj so what it Moldova used to be part of Romania?
Both Romania and Moldova are Balkan countries
You should have included Giannis when mentioning balkan basketball players.

English had heavily Romanization. Back then it sounded like any other Germanic language, nowadays it's half Germanic, half Romance but still Germanic due to history and its root.
as Balkan guy cool video
Calling mongol Turks Europeans Balkan European was funny asf nice one 😂

Where did ur videos go?
6:14 Dont ever call us "mini Serbia"
again. We have our own national identity.
Well so does Bosnia, and yet we have to deal with a mini-Serbian president who claims “his territory” is Serbian 😭
What after two days I am gonna fly to Istanbul first the Asian part when the European part or the Balkan part
3:37 there are no Albanians in Chameria.
2:15 you made a mistake Kosovo speaks 98+% Albanian
Which is not a south Slavic language
nice!!
btw romania not a balkan nation son jst saying
Fun fact there are a lot of people with Albanian ethnicity in Greece due to the South of Greece being largely settled by Albanians in medieval era invited over by the Byzantines but they adopted Greek culture and language and were a big supporter of Greek nationalism and the creation of an independent Greek state
You mean Arvanites but these have been basically hellenized and only the language they have kept. If we speak for real Albanians, then we have those who immigrated to Greece after the fall of communism. These are the Albanians in Greece
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@athanasioskosmas3915 are you an arvanite?
If the balkans was a school, Romania would be the Tom boy with knee high converse who is “not like other Slavic girls”
The Romans didn't "latinise us", we are THE Romans which we still call ourselves till this day as "Român"

is balkans cheap for tourist? would love to visit (except bosnia i would not want to randomly explode)
bosnia isnt the only country with land mines, and also those land mines arent located in the city centres obvioulsy theyre mostly in some forests or other rural place, theres mostly a warning sign for land mines
@@amko123 im just kidding, anyway cool to know, whats the best bosnian dish tho
Balkan is very cheap for tourism and for Bosnia you won't randomly explode, anyways people like ćevapi and burek here, which is traditional and good
Except Greece, yes. Although there are places in Greece which you can visit without paying that much
Yes visit all Balkans all is good People and 😍 places❤ Welcome 🙏 each has its own charm .Greeting from Bulgaria 🇧🇬
and Slovakia? They are also balcan?
Macedonia is Greek, North Macedonia or Vardarska is Bulgaria. Simple as that. Whoever disagrees, debate me
Only you forgot the Albanian majority which is 1/4th of their land.
Bosnia has a tiny coastline
It is genuinely like that
I like it when Bulgarians get angry when they realize that the first Bulgars were Turkic and they are not Bulgars now.(Slavic)
I like how Turks are obssessed with this instead of looking at the value of Turkish Lira.
The first Bulgars returned to the Volga River Bulgars
The Slavic Bulgarians took the land
@@csypoygshovssutcgj9501 There is no Slavic Bulgarians, Bulgars are ethnic assimilation to slaveic.
@@csypoygshovssutcgj9501 Nope, real Bulgars assimilated, that's all.(By the slaveic gypsies)
@@csypoygshovssutcgj9501 The current Bulgarians, even if they speak a Slavic language, are no longer Slavs, Turks or even that, by assimilating the Vlachs they have strengthened their Thracian gene. Because of this genetically Bulgarians are closer to Romanians than to Russians. Macedonians are even closer to Romanians.
Balkans are just a simplified middle east
definetly not simplified
Not really

You forgot to mention portugal. Its 100% balkan
is russia not part of the balkans
Yes
The “Balkans” is literally just the entire ancestral land of Greece aka Ελλάς and 🙄 Macedonia and barbarian savage Mongolian Turk has no claim or anything to that region since their just a invader temporarily occupying eastern Greece
I love greece
Moldova is more balkan than romania but shown here
If Moldova is Balkan then Ukraine should be lol.
Been to Greece. Not a bad country in terms of sights and culture, but their government is a joke.
The origin of Bulgars is disputed. They are displayed as turkic in this video, which mat not be correct. One if the more widespread theories is their Persian origin. They may have cone from Bactria (modern day Tajikistan), before the turkic tribes even settled there.
which explains why their flag looks like the iranian one without the weird logo
No, it's not disputed at all. They were Volga Bulgars/Tatars/Turkic. Period.
@@merveakgun4711 I think a more accurate portrayal would be that they have some Turkic admixture but are mostly descendants of Slavs who migrated to the region some time after the Turkic Bulgars.
@@dewd9327 I highly doubt this is the correlation. It is just a theory nontheless.
@@merveakgun4711 No, they weren't correlated with the Volga people. One of the old Bulgaric tribes settled at the volga with the turkic/tataric people there, fotming Vilga Bulgaria. Modern Bulgaria is (allegedly) not like that.
Things are much less one-sided than they teach you. Edycate yourself.
Romania is Dacia
as much as Bulgaria is a Thracian kingdom
