This is very similar to Episod I battle between Qui gon Jinn with young Obi Van Kenobi vs Darth Maul. This old man was Qui Gon and u were Darth Maul am I right? :D
Now my I please point out some flaws, if you dislike my comment like everyone else remove it. Um first of all, if you where a Padawan... they would never say you could never be a Jedi. Its not the nature of the Jedi. Maybe Sith, never Jedi. Second of all when a bullet from a gun hits a lightsaber blade, it will deflect. If it hit the hilt it wold be better, even if he wasn't paying attention it would deflect. Another thing, JEDI ARE FORBIDDEN TO USE GUNS! What was with the diapering master. But apart from all of that good film I like and sub. And I know what some comments will say. Why don't you make your own film and see how that works out, well I am making my own film.
Ender Base Now that you pointed out some "flaws", let me point out some of yours. Anakin was told by the Jedi council that he would NOT be trained as a Jedi. Qui-Gonn went over their heads and did it anyway, but they DID deny him training initially. Next, when have you ever seen a bullet from a guy hit a lightsaber blade? It's always a blaster bolt. Finally, who says Jedi are forbidden from using blasters? Obi-Wan killed General Grievous with a blaster. That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing your film.
Al Lopez It depends on which lightsaber form you're using to defend yourself against a blaster bolt. If it's Form III: Soresu, all you're doing is defending yourself against a blaster-wielding opponent. If you're using Form V: Shien/Djem So (the Shien variation), then you will deflect the blaster bolt right back at the shooter. Form III is solely defense; Form V is about redirection and turning your opponents' attacks onto themselves.
+Eric Graham; I understand your point, however, I don't believe that the form being used would alter the outcome of a bullet hitting a lightsaber blade. I saw a trick shooter once sink a two bladed axe into a tree and put balloons on either side of the axe, with the blade in between them. He then fired a bullet which was cut in half by the axe, allowing him to burst both balloons with a single shot. Since a lightsaber could easily cut through a bullet, I think it's likely that if you were to shoot a bullet directly at a Jedi, that unless he sidesteps it, he's likely to cut it in half and maybe be hit by one or both bullet halves. I don't think a bullet COULD be deflected by a lightsaber, only cut by it. An energy bolt would be another story.

I clicked the button back a few times to watch something again, that speaks for itself.
Not really, he wasn't really in danger at all. There were about 2 stormtroopers, something a Jedi should be able to handle with ease. He chose the dark side as his first option, over a simple slash of the saber or a deflect of his blaster. This isn't realistic to the Jedi way whatsoever, this was just some guys imagination of how many cool things he can do with the force. They shouldn't have called then Jedi because he basically wasn't one at all.
+Negan Considering how he's basically one of two Jedis, and some Sith was sent after him that was sent by the Empire, desperate times may have called for desperate measures and he may have resorted to a less-Jedi-like way of using the Force, and more of just a neutral-aligned Force-user. Mind you, still on the "good-guy" side of the whole Star Wars thing, but in terms of Force usage, neutral. Besides, his lightsaber blade technique was more brutal too. He needlessly split the Sith in half from the torso to the head XD if my memory serves right, that isn't in any lightsaber combat technique to dismember someone like that. While not really as much of a problem as Dark Side Force usage, something I noticed =P Gosh I feel like a nerd LOL

+lars 7500 Not their faults man. The empire has really been slackin' on the military budget. Apparently they've been sinking all their money into some sort of 'planet destroying' death ray. Yeah, like that's even remotely plausible. Talk about a goddamn money pit.
Haha. Thanks! I agree, he's playing with fire... and its not great that his teacher was killed in front of him... however, it helped Luke! I think his heart is in the right place!
It was alright. Lightsabers seemed a bit to short. seemed like the what they were wearing were adult size halloween costumes.. nice thing you did with using the force to pick up a gun, using the force to drive clones to suicide. Rarely see that kinda thing in star wars. 8/10
1. YOUR lightsaber is too short. (oh snap) 2. They are adult sized costumes. They are clothes used in a movie (Costumes), and we are adults.... so... 3. Thanks! Using the force to kill bad guys is awesome.
It gives a darker view on how Star Wars probably should be. If you are an all powerful Jedi and are going to kill the troopers/other jedi anyways. You would use more means than just your lightsaber. The movies are hardcore tuned down to kids (especially the newer ones) and are in no way how the force should actually be used. When they talk about the force they talk about it being all powerful, yet in a jedi battle the lightsaber is too much relied on in the movies. Why block a blaster when you can crush the trooper's heart that is shooting at you. Either way you are killing them, one is just more hollywoodized and more childish for the younger audiences. Now I'm not saying a "light" jedi should go dark, but if you are driver to the point that you're going to kill someone then you had better have more ideas than slicing and dicing because realistically you wouldn't last very long. (sorry that ended up being super drawn out)
Thanks man. Well, if you want tips, you can refer to the other 2 Jedi videos I made. Three videos over a span of like 7 years haha. Each time we made a lot of improvements. Props, costumes, camera, etc.
The Dark side CAN'T catch a break... Maybe if they stopped being such assholes! haha... Or hired more sniper troopers, or didn't work alone they'd be better off!
Wow someone finally actually got it right the good guys are supposed to win & great stellar action; this one of the best fanmade StarWars films I've seen in a long time
Great job guys!!! Every great film hasflaws and I know you can improve, but next time the hand to hand combat could go by quicker. Any how great job keep the good work up.
The bit when you turn that blaster around and shoot the Sith Lord with it, gave me an idea for my lightsaber duel. You'll be able to pick up what I mean if you watch it
+jort93z Which is exactly why Jedi Knights are able to deflect shots, besides the other obvious fact of their reflexes being attuned to the Force. Even with the reflexes of a Jedi, it would be /very/ difficult to deflect a, for example, arrow with a steel blade, due to the mass of the blade and the inertia of the arrow. Even more so if that arrow is a bullet. Yay science. I guess. Haha
This was very well done. I'm actually pretty surprised. Not like Michael Bays explosions Hollywood style, but you made it so that it was pretty freaking awesome. Especially the light saber.
OK, that's fair. Here is my feedback 1. The acting was bad... even for amateurs. 2. The choreography was bad. There were some parts I did like though. 3. The blaster/Jedi sequences were overkill. 4. The plot was predictable. 5. The timing was poor. 6. The Jedi making the Troopers kill/suicide was really lame. But the worst parts where: a. The "let's turn on and off the lightsaber because I want to stab you in the throat" sequence. b. The horrible ending in which the bad guy, very cliché, doesn't end it, waits while the other is obviously doing something, turns around slowly turning his back to his opponent, and just poses to get killed... Lame. I've watched other of your videos and enjoyed them. Sorry, but this one is NOT good. Except for the effects. The effects were really good.
Efrain Rivera Junior I think Efrain needs to lay off the paint chips for a couple days. Seeing all of the positive comments, kind of shows that it was a well made movie. Not all star wars movies need to follow the same recipe as your favourite one : Episode 1 :(
hemophagecleric If they can't take constructive criticism, then they are just sad. And the reason I detailed my opinion was because of the sarcastically asked for it.
Efrain Rivera Junior I don't usually respond to youtube 'critiques', but since you numbered them: 1. Bad for amateurs? I guess that's your opinion. I think it's average, or at least slightly above-average for an amateur Star Wars fan film. Of course, saying it's just "bad" is incredibly subjective for you, unless you have some evidence, or are an acting coach or something. Again, compared to real actors, of course we're bad, I'm just defending our work based on other similar movies. 2. Again, "Choreography was bad." What am I supposed to do with this? I'm glad there were parts you liked. Perhaps, if I did this as my job and could spend weeks coming with and practising new choreography, I could've done better. Again, I don't think it was "Bad". I think it was good. But obviously not spectacular. 3. Overkill based on what? 4. "Plot was predictable". lol. It's a 6 minute lightsaber battle. The fact it even has a coherent plot makes it above average. Give me a break. Especially considering it's almost all done without any dialogue. 5. "Timing was poor". No idea what this refers to. 6. Jedi force shooting the troopers was one of my favourite things. Again, I guess that's just something you didn't like. "worst parts" a. You don't give any reasons why the LS turning on and off part was "the worst". I actually think that's a pretty intense and well done moment, especially since the camera work, acting and effects all worked pretty well there together. b. He killed him in a cheap way, fair enough. At least it was thinking "Outside the box" a little and had the big blaster setup before it. Also, right before the "cliche" ending, the Good Jedi tries to force grab his lightsaber.. (which is a cliche in almost every fan film) but the sith force grabs it out of the air from him. I'm sorry the bad guy died... I guess it is cliche?? I guess every movie where the good guy wins is cliche. I must have forgotten that. ~~ I'm glad you liked watching some of our other videos. Which ones in particular? I feel a few of my previous videos have some awesome moments, but, to date, this was definitely my best complete video. (in my own humble opinion)
10 years later, still a masterpiece

It was alright. Lightsabers seemed a bit to short. seemed like the what they were wearing were adult size halloween costumes.. nice thing you did with using the force to pick up a gun, using the force to drive clones to suicide. Rarely see that kinda thing in star wars. 8/10
1. YOUR lightsaber is too short. (oh snap)
(sorry that ended up being super drawn out)
That was actually a clever ending. THE BLASTER. The choreography could have been a little better, but this was still REALLY REALLY good.
Supreme FX skills man, very fun to watch, nice story, if I could call it like that, I would love to see more of your work !
Thanks for the awesome feedback!
In my channel, I'd Recommend 'EVIL Exists' and "The Death Duel 2'.
I will give them a look, you got my subscribe man, keep up the good work.
This video is awesome! I loved the effects!
This is best war in star wars
Great Film
Actually, given the really small group of folks who worked on this, it is pretty awesome man. About how long did it take you guys to make an episode?
Thanks man.
Well, if you want tips, you can refer to the other 2 Jedi videos I made.
Three videos over a span of like 7 years haha. Each time we made a lot of improvements. Props, costumes, camera, etc.
Awesome vid dudes, great work :)
The voice over totally threw me off at the beginning haha I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!! Well worth the wait! And your makeup looked very nice, Evan. :)
Awesome! But i just dont understand... at 1:27, why didnt he just kill him! Plus his master wouldnt have died!
Not the Jedi way
+DeadandPaid1996 But why did the trooper shot his sword instead the jedi
+DeadandPaid1996 but he fucking killed loads of other people like fatality wise
That would make this video's length much shorter
Jazzistandersful it's a lightsaber
Some of the best lightsaber choreography I've ever seen. This puts every single one of those awful prequels to shame. Great work!
Well done, keep making vids there is potential here =)
+Chris Begley
Hey, thanks.
Check out the latest trailer for the new one, if you haven't yet. It's ALL potential. lol.
Thanks a lot!
Nice dog!
The Dark side CAN'T catch a break...
Maybe if they stopped being such assholes! haha...
Or hired more sniper troopers, or didn't work alone they'd be better off!
Really well done. Great effects and costumes were brilliant.
+Gothic “Novuscourvous” OverLord
Awesome, thanks. Have you seen the trailers on my channel for the NEW Jedi battle? It should blow this one away.
Skymarshal actually I haven't but I'll be sure to check it out. I look forward to it
That's another sub, you guys deserve it. Keep up the great work!
this was amazing very good job i loved it!
Thanks! Awesome!
love the villain!
Look, Andrew Garfield is a Jedi now.
That's cute, after the Spider sadness... xD
I also think my brother looks like A.G. :D
Wow just wow
The effects are perfect. It's just the acting.
this was epic to watch love it guys awesome can't wait for your next film
+Benjamin Valladares
Thanks so much.
The new movie is out right now though, man! :)
Where can I link up to watch or what's it called so I can watch
Just click on my channel.
Or, there's a link popup posted right at the beginning of this video.
Or search Final Lightsaber Battle 2
Wow someone finally actually got it right the good guys are supposed to win & great stellar action; this one of the best fanmade StarWars films I've seen in a long time
I just noticed they are using a Nerf Longshot at the beginning.
Excellent work, very impressive. Nice camera work, very well done.
Very creative work keep up
It’s cool how the old guy got involved
That was pretty good guys. Wonderful!!
I like the fact that there's 'Dark Knight' music in this video - I think the music suits the theme of this video (Star Wars).
You guys are epic!
This was quite good.
That was done REALLY well, congrats dude :D
Dark Knight music was nice touch
wow **clap slowly** just wow
Thanks man.
My brother entered it in a few saber video contests, but we never heard anything back.
Wow Haha 😂 this is extremely amazing!! You did great making this awesome video!!! XD
hahaha that was almost better than the fighting on the latest SW movies, very creative, love it.
Great job guys!!! Every great film hasflaws and I know you can improve, but next time the hand to hand combat could go by quicker. Any how great job keep the good work up.
The bit when you turn that blaster around and shoot the Sith Lord with it, gave me an idea for my lightsaber duel. You'll be able to pick up what I mean if you watch it
ya man, when will it be done??
FAKE. Storm stroopers don't have that good aim.
+Richard Lewis you cant shoot light sabers out of someones hand either. blasters dont have an actual impact on stuff.
+jort93z It could be impulse to drop a thing that has been shot, however
Tyrantlizardking105 how? you wouldnt even feel that it got hit since the blade and the laser dont have any mass.
I guess. Haha
maskedmurder123 actually lasers are quite slow as well. even slower then your average arrow.
I need friends like this
Mostly a Family production, haha.
Although a few loyal friends were involved.
What did you use for the lightsabers to glow up and make sound effects
This was very well done. I'm actually pretty surprised. Not like Michael Bays explosions Hollywood style, but you made it so that it was pretty freaking awesome. Especially the light saber.
I really wanted to like this video and I appreciate the effort, but this was lame in so many ways.
Awesome feedback. Thanks!
OK, that's fair. Here is my feedback
But the worst parts where:
Efrain Rivera Junior
I don't usually respond to youtube 'critiques', but since you numbered them:
"worst parts"
~~
I'm glad you liked watching some of our other videos. Which ones in particular? I feel a few of my previous videos have some awesome moments, but, to date, this was definitely my best complete video. (in my own humble opinion)
