Anytime I hear someone critizie metal singers i instantly say "I'll give you $50 right now if you can get one chorus of a song out by screaming without stopping, coughing, or sounding like a tone deaf dying animal." And I have yet to ever have to actually pay that $50 to anyone. It is NOWHERE near as easy as people think.
Shit that's about 20 more seconds than I can do lol I can get the growls out no problem, but my throat and voice just can't maintain it properly for a long enough period and also get the lyrics out as well. Nobody will ever change my mind that deathcore vocals take practice and talent to master. It's not just grabbing a mic and going "grrr ahhhh blegh!!!!" Like most people think.
