Teenager his body is still focusing on growing taller. Never workout with weights during these stages it will divert the focus of growth to the muscles growth which will delay the growth process. I’ve see many people during my teenage years who was working out me included didn’t reach 6 foot. While other people who was just playing regular sports and no weight lifting grew taller 6 foot+. If you are around this age don’t lift wait until 22-24 gaining muscles is a life time but gaining growth (taller) has a limit with age.
