I feel so good after doing a completely autistic meditation and seeing so many happy and embracing all over the world. Seeing everyone healed and their hearts softened.

True master of meditation, who teached me to heal the core of suffering. Now I’m back home. I remember years ago. There was an experiment done in the Middle East where there was war in this one city. On every street corner or every several street corners, there would be A master of meditation feeling and imagining Peace there. I think it was a week or less that the war stopped in that city. ❤

Not only in Maharishi and TM circles of thought, but there are by the team Institute and other meditation groups, studies of meditation done in groups for period of time that reduce crimes and violence those areas.. Tongan is another practice of compassion and spreading light love and awareness! Please, let’s all practice!
