The only thing I don't like is the Snapdragon 888 chipset which makes this smartphone heat up quickly, to be honest if I have a p50 pro with the kirin version. That would probably be much better

Since a few updates on the Mate 50 Pro its selfie cam in portrait mode is giving me 32 MP photos. Is that also the case on the P60 Pro? Is the video recording now able to switch directly to a specific sensor or do we still have the zoom slider that is a bit stuttery and does not look as good as the competition when zooming? Also is analog audio with a dumb usb-c to 3.5mm adapter possible again? That was not working on the Mate 50 Pro anymore and required me to buy a active dongle with its own dedicated DAC. If you set the refreshrate to high is it still scaling down to 1Hz or 10Hz or keeping 120Hz constantly? Are there apps limited in framerate (e.g. TH-cam) or games? Finally 4k 60fps also on the ultrawide? Or did they downgrade this? Widevine L1 is there and Netflix works with HD I assume. How about HDR support?

Its NOT the best camera phone. Currently the Huawei P60 Art is the best. But soon, the Mate 60 Pro will beat it, and then the very best Huawei can do will go even higher, with the Mate 60 RS (Porsche design) Which is not just a cosmetic effect, the cameras have more functions and abilities above the Mate.

What you forgot to mention which one other reviewer mentioned is banking apps as that is most important for people nowdays. It's been said that it's failed the banking safety system so you cannot use banking but there must be a work around installing your banking apps??
I have an old Huawei P20 MateX, and it had Android and no Google because it was a Chinese mainland Phone. Then it got an OS upgrade to Harmony 2. I then installed the Google services function, and then google play store, and then installed the banking app s I needed. All work fine. The story about "unsafe" and spying" on Huawei is just USA companies being bad losers. My current phone is a P60 Art, which is even better that the P60 Pro. Its running Harmony 3.1. I don't want to corrupt it with the spyware called Google so Ill just use my Mate 20 for banking and the Art for photography and daily carry.

My one criticism about this: I don't like the look of the camera bump (the size and placement of the cameras). If I could have the P60 Pro's performance in the body of an Oppo Find X6 Pro or even a One Plus 11, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Dont agree with you, it gives you the 1 inch sensor in a natural design rather than the giant camera hump on the back plus in real life it looks artistic like a classic warplane

P60 Pro is Number one on DXO Mark ranking. And the Art is even better but not tested yet, also when the Mate 60 pro comes out it will even be better. so the Xiaomi has no chance, even though it is good.
Huawei and Honor obviously have DXOMark in their pockets. Every time they win despite every reviewer and owner showing and knowing the camera is not the best. I have already seen some comparisons and P60 pro wasn't close to the top phones in many areas. Unless it got some crazy good updates I doubt this rating plus it doesn't have the best chip to help make pics better so...

This guy probably had early Software with bootloader unlock.. banking apps work completely fine but no Google pay !
