I imagined him watching the dramatic circumstances continuing on the other side of the fence as a middle aged couple lounging on their garden furniture were suddenly scrambling to move themselves out from under a sudden rock hard fall of thrashing kangaroo.
"...yet." It's (yet) put us on notice. We need to start paying attention. Never know when it'll happen and we must monitor our mail. Before you know it, kangaroos will be forging names on house leases, buying new cars, securing a business loan. It could ruin our future financial security.

I don't know why, but out of all the people who do these videos, she is my absolute favorite and is the reason I started following this account. Even though I'm not an Aussie and have no intention of going to the land down under, I enjoy these videos so much, as well as learn so much! Thank you so much for all the work you ALL do. I truly do love all of the people I've seen on this account. She's just me fave.
My Siamese cat is a leftie-I’ve taught him a number of tricks, including ringing a bell, and he can only ring the bell with his left paw. He can, however, shake with both paws and do high fives with both.
This is especially fascinating when you consider the chirality of snail shells and how those DO fit the right handed Dominance we see in humans, while this is the opposite
I love her! It's also true that many animals have a dominant "hand" (paw, whatever). Most parrots are left footed, dogs, cats, & horses have a dominant side, etc. My dog is a Southpaw (so to speak) & i never could train him to shake right-handed.
It's not their arms that you have to worry about but their feet. They kick each other in the front of their bodies by balancing on their tail, hugging each other... Their claws are lethal length and they know to go for the soft parts like large blood vessels, stomach, groin, genitals, etc. They bite hard as well. And they can be more than 6 foot tall. On the sheep farm I grew up on the whole mob of roos would come to drink and bathe in the dam. As it got closer to dusk all the animals had more energy and the males would start to push and shove each other. We watched from the safety of the cab of dads Ute. The sheep and kangaroos would graze together, share the shade of the large gum trees and as long as we were quiet they would come within 6 feet of dads Ute.
I’ve noticed a lot of horses are left dominant as well, just that they’re stronger on that side and prefer to go at jumps or do moves from their left side.
Cats also frequently have paw side preference! Iirc, male cats tend to be lefties. If you have a cat, it's pretty easy to tell. Look at their eye crust (the dominant side will have less discharge b/c they rub it away), grooming paw, reaching paw, toy swiper, etc. I don't think it's as unusual in at least mammals as most people think. One hand, one foot, one eye, etc, is usually stronger or more dexterous than the other, so it makes sense.
Did you know that crabs also have a dominant claw, which grows much bigger pincers than its other claw? I'm not sure whether right or left clawed crabs are more common though.
As someone who has a little kick boxing and boxing training the hand that goes in front of ur body(blocking hand) is ur innominate hand. Ur striking hand is in the back which is ur dominant hand. So I think she got it messed up and most kangaroos are right handed like humans.
I can't believe that Winnie the Pooh was lying to me all this time. Kangaroos are terrifying. This is what sweet little Roo is going to grow up to be.😳😳😳
The other one just like "ohhhh shit. Bazza, are you ok mate?" Lots of males do the play wrestling in the animal kingdom. Lots of polar bear vids you see are actually just 2 males play fighting before the big freeze. It kills time and it gets them back into shape for when they really do fight, cause those fights dont end up bloody and the real ones do.
Before u said which side was dominant i was thinking "left left left cmonnn left!". Im left handed so id consider this a win for all lefties everywhere 🎉😂
Tune in to Dr Ann Jones's podcast on the ABC listen app: ab.co/ABCListenApp
I ADORE this person!🎉❤❤
"The quality of today's workmanship just isn't up to kangaroo fighting standards." 😂😂
And they sign the work contract with there left hand
Kangaroo Fighting Standard needs to be in the code, clearly...
That part! 😂😂😂
It's just not up to code.
‘They can’t sign their name… YET!’ 😂😂😂
Dr. Jones is such an awesome presenter. She's knowledgeable, funny, and personable.
Her humor is on point.
The way the other kangaroo just watches him tumble down the hill😂
A little bit "Well, that was unexpected", a little bit "You alright, mate?"
I imagined him watching the dramatic circumstances continuing on the other side of the fence as a middle aged couple lounging on their garden furniture were suddenly scrambling to move themselves out from under a sudden rock hard fall of thrashing kangaroo.

The insurance claim for the fence-
‘Kangaroo fell through fence while wrestling’ 😂

My pleasure!
Love ABC Science. Especially this presenter.
It's like some Marvel superhero fight, where a character gets slammed into some building and the building crashes 😅
That's a movie I'd watch.
Ann makes these videos way more fun and interesting 😂😂
YET sounded very hopeful and intimidating at the same time😂

the other one was so shocked by the poor craftmanship he calmed down immediately lmfao😂👌

This woman is a national treasure😂
I love how the other kangaroo was like "oh, sh*t" when the other one went through that fence 😂
The way that other kangaroos ear went back at the end was like "oh snap bruh, u good? " 😂
That is EXACTLY how fights with my sister went. Get a little too into it and something breaks.
exactly. Mum'd be yelling from the other room... then SILENCE. Terrifying.
"Oops, Bob...you alright,
Mate ?"
I've noticed several animals that favor their left hand when grabbing. Raccoons, chimps, otters, monkeys.
What accuracy depictions of the Sibling fight... and the awkwards stare when 1 sibling is hurt now.... all you can do is stareeee😅😂😂
I love when you mimic the kangaroo fighting style 😅

I'm firmly right pawed 😹

A lot of the fight is "ritualised wrestling"...so just like men then!! 😂 🥊
Good one!
i like how she comments the cangaroo clip like its a normal Tuesday for her
It truely is just a normal Tuesday.
They’ve figured out humans are mainly right handed, and adapted 😂
So what I'm hearing is don't mess with anyone that is left handed cause they're either cuddly or will beat you up like a kangaroo. 😂
I love her! It's also true that many animals have a dominant "hand" (paw, whatever). Most parrots are left footed, dogs, cats, & horses have a dominant side, etc. My dog is a Southpaw (so to speak) & i never could train him to shake right-handed.
"AR NAAaaaaarr"
I was going to a guess right preference, but I forgot it's Australia.
Damn, I really wished for an Autograph from a kangaroo. Guess I’ll have to be patient then
Mostly just left me googling how heavy those kangaroos are😅
Australiana done with facts & humour, gotta luv it. Well done!
I bet they could sign but they don't wanna pay taxes.
Love her humour and intelligence, such a crush 😍
I love it when the internet is exposed to Australian humour and we get to watch people realise we're just the party people from Down Under

The kangaroo's face when he hit the fence! 😸
Oh, that fight needs a Dusty Dubs... 😂
They stole ray gun's move!
YET! lol some final words right there...
After the roo chucked his mate through the fence I'm sure he was like blimey me Bruce are you okay mate 😂😂😂😂😂😂
To think I was misled by childhood cartoons into thinking kangaroos were darling and precious creatures with a sense of humor.
They’re GHASTLY!
Awesome exploration of the kangaroo ❤😂
Geeze , you oright mate ! lol
You're hilarious 😂 😂😂
"YET." It's definitely coming.
Fighty fighty! 😂😅😂

Can’t wait for a kangaroo jack autograph ✍️ 🦘 😅😅
Just a typical day in Australia. Big roos judging by the height of the fence which is around 1.8 metres.
Kangaroo fighting standards 😂 🦘
I kan't stop watching the poor kangaroo going through the fence.
Exactly like how you fight your sibling on the backseat.
As someone who has a little kick boxing and boxing training the hand that goes in front of ur body(blocking hand) is ur innominate hand. Ur striking hand is in the back which is ur dominant hand. So I think she got it messed up and most kangaroos are right handed like humans.
There is something awe-inspiring about those bruisers.
YET. Oh dear, something else to worry about.
Was there ever any update as to whether the kangaroo was alright? I always wonder
"that we know of" lol
(I know she's a different person but that catchphrase would've been perfect there)
Finally a worthy opponent for me an ambidextrous person 😂😂😂😂😂
I can't believe that Winnie the Pooh was lying to me all this time. Kangaroos are terrifying. This is what sweet little Roo is going to grow up to be.😳😳😳
😂 they cant sign their name YET!
Yay the southpaws!
Left dominant must be an Aussie creature feature. Cockatoos are left handed.
“Oh sheet, what have we done? No worries, it’ll be an insurance job”, these two are thinking!
YET!!!
Im still mad about the bait and switch that was kangaroo jack...
No special effects needed…I can’t wait for the sequel when they start writing ✍️

Left dominant, eh? They must be quite creative.
I always knew they were sinister.
Does Australian property insurance cover damages caused by kangaroo fights?😂
Of COURSE they're southpaws.
Kangaroos are southpaws. I definitely telling a random stranger this tomr.
Im a south paw..😊
😮 I'M A KANGAROO?! 😅❤
Poor animals…
