How do affordable homes look like?
Even ready to move affordable housing cost above 70-80 lakhs. But main issue is car parking.
DLF93, Signature, M3M all have similar ddjay specifications. Whatever problems these may have, these would tackle one car parking issue atleast.
These floors are meant to be for small families only...
Ddjay infact was supposed to affordable in terms of pricing but it isn't.
Ddjay floors constructed for full project by builder would be still better than buying a floor constructed by individuals in a plotted ddjay society.
indeed its a product between affordable and premium houses.. still price wise sitting between both only. So good investment for rental income and even good for small size family

Nothing is delivered as of now and it will take time to deliver

We received final demand for J block in which they are charging for increase area but smartworld is a thief as they are still not sharing the layout plan or allowing us to visit our flat. They are saying that they will share Layout & flat visit after signing of sales deed- unethical builder 😡
