Thank you for your help! This section is a little tricky so your explanation will really help. Hopefully, it's similar to the questions that are on the actual CPC exam.
CPC is the multiple choice question exam so as long as you know the guideline and the new E/M coding changes relating office and outpatient visit in 2021 then you should be fine. Thank you for your support.

Holy Heck I've finally got it!!!! I've been adding e/m levels to ED charts for 11 years and just started studying for my CPC and I keep getting the E/M levels wrong on all of my practice tests!!!! Thanks to your videos, I was finally able to get what I do at work out of my head and use your method to get the right e/m levels. I sit for my exam in two weeks and this was the only section left that I could not pass! thanks so much for using your time and excellent teaching skills to help us pass the CPC! I was really hoping for help with determining the MDM. I’m studying for the CEMC exam and I am struggling with determining the number of problems, complexity of data and risk. Your video helped a lot when the record tells us what the MDM is but not how to figure it out ourself
