I have several dogs and I always keep Pepto Bismol on hand for them. It helps their nausea and vomiting. I fill a 5ml syringe (without the needle of course) and inject it inside their cheeks and repeat every hour two or three times and that usually does the trick. It helps coat their stomachs and soothes them. Also helps with diarrhea too. I always keep a bottle in the fridge. If you’ve never tried it do so. It works every time for me. For a puppy you, of course, would give less, like maybe 3ml. It is perfectly safe for dogs and recommended by my Vet. When they throw up it helps purge the enemy bacteria and they start to feel better. Never give Tylenol though. Like chocolate, their system can’t take it. Poor Yori. Pray he feels better soon.

Our shepherd (German) does this sometimes if her tummy is upset from stress, not eating, general upset. It’s yellow and foamy like what Yori had come up. He may have a sensitive tummy! But where he’s so little, it is concerning! Hope he gets better!
