Fill Factor is used to measure the quality of the goodness of the pv cell
Basically Fill Factor tells you the efficiency of the solar cell
as it is the ratio of
Maximum Power of the solar cell to the Ideal Power of the solar cell.

Ideally it would be 1 but for practical situations the more close ff is to 1 the better panel it is
