Just a tip for the blue and purple shampoo, to avoid the purple tint, mix the shampoos in a tub of water and dip the lace in there for about 20-45 minutes. My lace never tints and the knots tone perfectly! x

Hey! I used the blue clairol powder, 30 dev & purple shampoo and bleached the knots for 25-30 mins. My lace looks kinda orangey, do I need to bleach it again or did I leave the bleach on too long?

The last time I got a true 13x6 was when I ordered from Tuneful on Amazon 3 years ago. It was 6” from ear to ear. Loved that wig but it was on its last leg after the 12th install. I ordered another wig from the same company and they changed to this construction. Hate it bc I feel like it’s not a true 13x6
I also discovered that wigs bleach better after you wash it. Like I always wash my wigs when I take it out of the packaging. Before I condition it, use olaplex for protein, rinse it out and theeennnm bleach it. Works ten times better. Less shedding and it bleached right the first time. When I wash the bleach out, I still use a deep conditioner but because I used that protein treatment, the bleach doesn’t mess with the hair itself.

No one ever talks about how difficult it is to create the deep curve side part on wigs… but for a quickweave ??? Im gonna clean that part every time. I tried doing a deep side part on this wig I got now &’ i just went to my middle part roots. Idk nothing other than middle on a wig 😭

I'm so happy I saw this video because I was wondering if I could double bleach the knots. I just bleached it using the blue clairol powder, 30 developer and used the purple shampoo. I left it on for about 25-30 minutes and the closure is a bit orangey. Do I need to bleach it some more?
You need to tone the lace now, look up tutorials the founder of the bold hold products has a video
@@SianiB473 thank you. I'll go look at it. I did end up bleaching it just a little bit more then toned again and it came out perfect so I guess it didn't get bleached enough. But I'll still go watch that video.

I used the bed head spray once but never thought to try it by itself! Did this change your opinion on it? How would you rate the hold today? Looks pretty good I didn't think it had that much of a stick/hold.

Wow 40 min?? I can’t keep my bleach on more than 10 min without the roots turning that orange color. What am I doing wrong!!!??
It depends on what level of developer you’re using. She used 20 volume which is very low and processes slower. The higher you use the faster the bleaching process 💕

Anyone know why when I bleach knot the knots be still black ?
Try washing the hair first maybe, could be you didn’t leave the bleach on long enough, didn’t use strong enough developer, or the hair is a mix sometimes it can do that

Use spritz on the lace (softnfree is a good one) then quickly tie it down with an elastic band for at least 10-15 minutes
