why would you want a pool and the headache that comes with it? they already have a nice huge pool and barely no one there using it. I do see a lot of wasted space in the house that you can probably use as an adult play area with a nice game table, jacuzzi, and maybe a nice private gym. 😁

@@LuvMyLilBabe Considering the current price the layout is outdated thus the waste of space. If it were just a simple open layout, as do most prefer here in the US, it would sell quickly. You can spend more for upgrades and even an outdoor BBQ area than for extra walls, rooms and floors that are rarely used.
Very exquisitely made house, but in your title it says 4 bedrooms, the 3rd floor is not considered a bedroom but have to spend to make it a 4th bedroom. Thanks

The house is good, but houses in that price range should have their own large swimming pool, it is a big mistake that it does not have it.
