I have an angle grinder and the loudness of that thing cutting steel is certainly not discrete! I would predict an angle grinder could cut through in a minute or less….you would think that cutting would get some attention 😂

Anyway, I bought it for installation on the transom of my sib. But I'm thinking for something else too. (alarm cable lock and gps tracker). They get me one time but not two times. That screw is made for concrete and I will get assembly out of your wooden floor in 2 minutes (or less).

Can this be installed on a cinder block wall.....
Yes, I would use an epoxy anchoring system. Block walls have those hollow sections…epoxy has excellent pulling strength and won’t crack the block.
