  • Preparing Nigerian Pepper Soup for Nigerian Igbo Meeting in Obodo Oyibo.
    Written recipe: www.allnigerianrecipes.com/ya...
    ❤ Ingredients:
The truth is that I could not keep a tab of specific quantities of some ingredients while cooking but here we go:
    - 5kg (11 lbs) of beef, shaki, liver and heart
    - 4 medium tubers of yam
    - 4 table spoons ehu
    - 6 big seasoning cubes (beef flavour)
    - 1 bell pepper
    - Habanero pepper (to your taste)
    - Salt (to your taste)
    - Scent leaves: add and watch the distribution, and add more if necessary. Usually the green veg is scantily distributed in pepper soup.

Hi, Flo: I am glad that you are having a wonderful day - shopping and meeting with your customers and friends. In truth there is a very special and unique approach, to the manner you treat your audience and followers.
You introduced us to your environment, family members and friends, both in the village (Nigeria) and those that are in abroad. For your fans and admirers this is important for us: because we like people who are transparent. Soon, we'll be speaking Spanish. lol. Thanks to you for that.
Honestly, I am speaking for myself, I love your programs and broadcast. Your presence in the social media broadcast airwaves is contagious and your receipts are easy to cook and tasty.
Thanks for your hard work and well done for your good work. I will talk to you soon Okay, Okay???. Bye. Oden Osifo.

Aww thank you so much Oden! This and your other thoughtful comments warm my heart so much. I am glad you enjoy the videos.
You'll be surprised that the little Spanish I drop here and there with the translations, are enough for you to start picking it up. 😂 It's such an easy language to learn, at least the basics. Once again, thank you so much. I hope to keeping uploading content you will enjoy. ❤

Also how you boiled the yams separately unlike when it's mixed together and broken inside.

Zomiks yes that's what I saw on Google translate but that Arugula does not sound like an English word at all so I had some doubts. 😂
I don't mind seeing onions in a rice dish or yam and veg dish. But because peppersoup is watery, the pieces would come to the surface and be sitting there like what I don't know. 🤣 Daalu.

You are right, I have smoothies only in the mornings but I drink juice at any time of the day. For instance on a day like this that I am too busy with going to the market and the cooking, juice it is because I am too lazy to bring out my blender with everything going on in this kitchen. 😂😂😂

Pepper soup is a much-loved food across Nigeria (at least the south) but indigenously it’s only really Igbo people and Deltans that eat it. Yoruba people don’t eat pepper soup as-such. It’s not their thing.
