You can tune it with the dyno. Run the car on the dyno and look at the dots on the bottom of the result screen that say fuel rate and timing. Adjust the fuel rate and timing to get the dots to line up perfectly with the green line in the center of the graph.

I found the issue. I put 35 on the tire but somehow it switched to 30s and that was the problem. Bad ass tune man
