    The Lone Ranger and Tonto: I'm not talking about the stupid mask. I am talking about the idea of doing the right thing. If more MEN on this earth had the understanding that the Lone Ranger and Tonto had. We would not find our selves in an upside down world. The character of the Lone Ranger and Tonto first and formost is upstanding. They had no fear of any man or men. You could not buy them off or currupt them. They would be friends with and try to help all people without exception. They were honest and honorable. Nether one would stand by or look the other way while others where abused. They did not lie or cheat anyone. These are just my thoughts about life and the way I see things. Blessings to all and have a great day! P.S. Always do your best in life, anything less is wasting your time.

      I agree with what you've said here. The best way to make the world a better place is to be a better person. We can't dictate the actions and reactions of others, but we can dictate our own. So let's follow the Ranger's example and *be* a friend.

    First, Thanks for posting this episode, like these old tv shows. This is actually s1e30 "Never Say Die". Episode 28 is Pay Dirt starring Martin Milner.

    I know this episode as Never Say Die because Ray Teal is in it and he is well known from playing the Sheriff in Bonanza..

    I found Martin Milner on an episode of The Lone Ranger incorrectly titled Gold Train, look for the TH-cam channel Sean Hyland

      Hello Michael. I know you've been inquiring about the last episode "Outlaws in Greasepaint" so I hope you see this soon enough. I'm on the West coast and it is currently 8:45pm PDT. If you have DISH programming you'll find that the episode you want will be on tonight on channel 082 (FETV also known as Family Entertainment TV) at 9:30pm tonight. That is, unless they fail to show the episode for which they've shown the synopsis. I hope they show the correct episode and you get a chance to record it. Good luck.

      Hi Kat... I really do appreciate you telling me about that, but the thing is I don't have DISH. I'm not in a position to be able to afford "Pay-TV". Now I have a question for you... Are you on Facebook? I hope you're well, have a good evening. :)

      Hello Michael, sorry about your not getting to see "Outlaws in Greasepaint" tonight. I used to be active on facebook but I put myself inactive about a year ago. I guess I'll have to re-activate myself. I must be missing some things. Try me in about a month. I'll have a great deal of catching up to do. Have a good one. I'm going back to watching some Randolph Scott movies.

      He first appeared as "Cavendish" in the three part story that began the series in September 1949.

      Honestly, I always thought Sam the bartender looked more like a crook than a good guy anyway, so to think of Sam being butch in real life makes more sense. :-)

    Martin Milner/Lone Ranger = season 1, episode 31...GOLD FEVER (1950). Is an outlaw on horseback within first 2 minutes of episode. IMDB wrongly says PAYDIRT, season 1, episode 28. That's Ray Teal, NO Milner.

    • @kathartman7710
      @kathartman7710 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I hate to tell someone they are incorrect but you are also incorrect. Episode 28 "Pay Dirt" is the correct episode with Emmett Lynn, Zon Murray and Martin Milner. Emmett Lynn states in the first few minutes that they hit PAY DIRT. The title of the episode is often stated in the dialogue. Unfortunately many episodes have been shown on TV with incorrect credits and title synopsis. It has happened way too often, so often that I've emailed channel managers to let them know their employees on the broadcast end are sleeping on the job. Keep watching and you'll see it happen again and again.
