I love the space , no overcrowding with cabinets. My husband never used but 3 of the cupboards in his place out there it’s a waste. Love the natural light from the windows , the water heater+++++. Ceiling fans are a good idea + AC hook up. Can’t wait to see upstairs hun ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We will bring the bathroom window up a couple block Heights. It will end up being a 2 x 2 window. We are leaning towards solar power for the second floor.
