That happens when they hire the cheapest and end up paying more, even double. If I remember correctly, from the videos I've seen, they've fixed it more than twice, and the same thing happens; the road ends up sinking again.

Why don't you put English subtitles for people who don't understand your language and I know it's not your job but tell these idiots the reason why the roads are so tore up. It's because they don't do it right. Last video I saw is where they put that asphalt when it was raining. You don't do that. The video I'm looking at now is a perfect day to put asphalt but no these guys are dumb. They don't know what they're doing. They're always begging for money. They think the road is there then it's not look at these trucks having problems. That's all they want the money. Fix the road right? The better way to do it is put concrete because asphalt gives way too easy for these heavy trucks. So let them know to put at excuse me concrete which is better. 'Rome was not built in 1 day' ) This is likely a provincial town far out in the bush. Roads around the major cities are on top of the list. In some years some support will likely reach this roads also, and they are able to fill up that dump on the road and make the hill more even

It's a matter of lack of money from the government, to fix this part of the road, probably. There possible are many such roads around that are in need of upgrade. I see there are constrution machines at the place, but work progress very slow. Possible they could make the road much better by local people joining forces and fix it. But it seems like the local people enjoy this situation as they possible get income from helping cars and trucks that got problems here @@MustangDesudiroz
